Pines is a 60-bed rehabilitation center, nursing home and residential care home in Lyndonville, Vermont. They offer a full range of rehabilitation and long-term care services. The Pines was one of the few nursing homes that had a "deficiency-free" survey by the State of Vermont in 2022.
